Denver Broncos
The Broncos biggest move was getting Peyton Manning and then drafted his apprentice in Brock
Osweiler. RB Ronnie Hillman could come in and compete for playing time behind starter Willis McGahee.
Hillman is an all-purpose type RB and could supplant Knowshon Moreno as the #2 RB. Hillman might
have some value, if you want to take a waiver on him in the last round of your draft as McGhee’s
handcuff, depending on what happens in preseason. Otherwise look for him to be a Free Agent pickup.
San Diego Chargers
The Charges helped out its pass rush by selecting Melvin Ingram in the 1st round. On the offensive side
of the ball, TE Ladarius Green and RB Edwin Baker will be backups and have no fantasy value, unless you
see a string of injuries to Gates and Matthews coming.
Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs got the help it needed on the offensive line which will help the running game with RB Jamaal
Charles returning this year. They also took some flyers on WR’s Devon Wylie and Junior Hemingway,
along with RB Cyrus Gray. Wylie could be a very good slot WR. He’s 5’9” with speed. Hemingway is
more of a possession WR type. Look at both of these players as Free Agent pickups.
Oakland Raiders
The Raiders traded most of its picks away and gave up a 3rd round pick because of the selection of
Terrelle Pryor in the supplemental draft last year. They drafted one player on the offensive side of the
ball that has any potential to score some fantasy points. That would be WR Juron Criner. He is a bigger
WR, but lacks speed. Look for him to be buried on the depth chart with no fantasy value.
