Looks like the weapons of the Detroit Lions are getting on the same page in 2011. With Matthew Stafford in the lineup they are going to be scoring some points. Plus their defense is young, fast and tough. The Chiefs had a breakout season in 2010 and they had high expectations heading into 2011. Last week they did nothing right against Buffalo, that makes this week a tough one to forecast for the Chiefs.
Chiefs Projected Passing, Receiving, and Rushing Touchdowns
Matt Cassel will have a tough time against the Lions defense, 175 yards passing.
Jamaal Charles will get more chances this week and it will show. 85 yards rushing and a touchdown.
Dwanye Bowe will still get targeted had have 6 receptions and 80 yards.
Lions Projected Passing, Receiving, and Rushing Touchdowns
Matthew Stafford is getting the ball to Calvin Johnson and everybody else who is open. I expect that to contine with 300 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Calvin Johnson continues to show why he is Megatron. 7 receptions 100 yards and a touchdown.
Jahvid Best continues to be the feature back in this offense. 75 yards rushing, 5 receptions for 50 yards and one rushing touchdown.
Brandon Pettigrew gets in the scoring act as well, 5 receptions 55 yards and a touchdown.
