Greg Olson was the offensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2010 when an undrafted rookie named LeGarrette Blount rushed over 1,000 yards and 6 touchdowns in 13 games. Blount, not known as a burner, had averaged 5 yards per carry. Olson and the rest of the staff was fired after the 2011 season.
He is now the offensive coordinator of the Oakland Raiders and he has stated, he is bringing the power running style that Darren McFadden oh so loves back to the bay.Unfortunately, McFadden is the type who might only play 13 or less games in a season. If healthy, his explosive runs should return this year. However his lack of durability makes him a more appropriate high end number 2 back for championship fantasy teams. A great buy low candidate (think Jamaal Charles 2012 drafts), especially in auction leagues.
