What a match-up! The genius of Josh McDaniels multiple receiver set offense, versus the Eagles all-star secondary.
Eagles Projected Passing, Receiving, and Rushing Touchdowns
The Rams are a much defensive team, anchored by a stout front 7. Playing on a dome, they might have to rely on the run a little bit. In his one dome appearance, last year, McCoy had 120-yards and 3-touchdowns. We only have one for him this time. Michael Vick is a big play waiting to happen. Believes he finds Desean Jackson for two long scores as the Rams DO NOT have all-star talent in it’s secondary.
Rams Projected Passing, Receiving, and Rushing Touchdowns
Against a formidable secondary, the Rams will use a heavy dose of rookie TE, Lance Kendricks and Steven Jackson. They will try to go over the top with Mike Sims-Walker, but for this week, the big targets steal the show over the faster perimeter options. If the Eagles have a talent weakness defensively, it’s covering the tight end. McDaniels will pick on that all day. He will also run the football with Steven Jackson frequently too. Both guys will score a touchdown. Also on the scoring bandwagon, Danny Amendola, giving Bradford 2 on the day.
