We wanted to donate this space to one of our fav Twitter handles, Keith Ruggs. You can find him at@KRuggs520. Keith follows the Denver Broncos very closely. In this post, he’ll talk Tebow’s chances versus a prepared Rex Ryan defense. Keith is projecting a borderline start for Tebow, but only for the deepest of leagues as the low range of score he gives is 13 points. We sent the Bronco signal to Keith and asked what his thoughts were for Lance Ball if McGahee was a no go. We’ll update both McGahee and Ball’s status as the day goes on. The following is from Keith via Twitter messages.

Tebow not worth a Fantasy Start v Jets

My pre-game thoughts on the game Thursday vs the Jets. For this game I’m gonna sit Tebow down for this one. I dont expect him to pass….

for many yards or try as many pass attempts. I think he’ll throw at least 10-15 passes. Total points? I say he’ll get around 13-15 points..

Jets are #8 against the pass so I don’t expect #15 to try Revis much. I hope you picked up Lance Ball at RB. Expect a mix of read options…

and maybe a couple of triple options. Coach Ryan said he wants his defense who is ranked #15 against the run to focus on stopping it. Well..

Oak and KC said the same thing and look what happened. They’re gonna force Tebow to beat them with his arm. Remember Rex all it takes is…

one. And to quote wrestler Diamond Dallas Page, just like the Diamond Cutter, “You’ll never see it comin!!” (Yes I’m a wrestling fan also)..

Good Luck this week Fantasy Fanatics. Until next week!!!

UPDATE

Not sure if McGahee is playing tonight. If he is, he’ll be of limited action. Lance Ball will have the bulk of the carries….

If so, I hoping Ball will get over 10 pts. This is Lance Ball’s moment to show those 96 yds vs KC wasnt a one time thing. He’s a good…

running back. Tonight should be the game that he shows he has a home in Denver. I’m taking the risk and starting him on one of my teams.

So far I hear McGahee is a gametime decision tonight. My prediction for Tebow’s final stats, now I could be wrong. But hey, nobody’s…

perfect right? I say 123 passing yds TD, INT 57 rushing yds…Broncos win a close one 24-22

UPDATE 2

Sounds like McGahee will get a chance to play tonight, if he doesn’t aggravate the hamstring through the pregame workouts. That said, Ball could still get 40-50% of the snaps if McGahee is indeed active.

Tebow should NOT be an NFL QB. Tebow is an H-Back playing QB. He seems to only have 1 good pass during a game. Another game completing under 50% of his passes. He’s a Wild Cat running back, that can sometimes throw a good ball.
